I looked at 28 home sales during the period of April 17 through May 12, (25 days).
On average, homes increased in value on average 7.12% per year and ranged from 3.1% to 10.69% per year depending on how
long the home was owned.
No home decreased in value. 75% of the homes sold for over $400,000. Home prices increased 58% with an average annual return of 7.12%.
Ownership varied from 2 years to 29 years with an average of 14 years.
